History
Apollo Investment was created in 2014 when the founder realised that too many decisions in investment were based on emotion and sales tactics rather than numbers and transparency.
That’s why it all starts with transparency and honest conversations. Our internal policy is that we won’t ever present options that we wouldn’t show to our own parents or closest friends. We prove this by purchasing in the same areas for our employee property fund that is available only to employees and their family members. By treating our clients as if we were taking care of our own family, we have enjoyed amazing relationships with clients that come back for their 2nd and 3rd house and even more. Our main goal is to work with you to help set you up for success. When our founder started in property, he was disgusted with how below the line the property investment industry was. So he decided to start a company built on the idea that his client’s financial wellbeing came first and that’s why our largest source of new clients comes from referrals of existing clients.

The benefits of investing in NDIS properties
"On the surface, too, it offers definite benefits: higher than average market rents with yields of up to 18 per cent; returns guaranteed by government; long tenancies; and limited availability. Then there’s that something extra that’s priceless – knowing you’re providing a quality, specially-designed home to make life for someone with a disability so much more comfortable."

Investing in Specialist Disability Accommodation: Everything you need to know
"Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is in short supply across the country. According to one expert, investors willing to take steps to navigate certain regulations can generate great returns while making a positive impact on communities."
